What is it

Two diseases,
one organ in trouble.

Diabetes is not one condition. Type 1 is an autoimmune disease where the body destroys its own insulin-producing beta cells. Type 2 is a metabolic disease where the body resists the insulin it still produces, eventually wearing the pancreas out.

Both types share a common endpoint, a pancreas that can no longer keep blood sugar in balance. Cell therapy approaches each type differently, but the goal is the same: support the biology, not just replace what it should be making.

T1D

An autoimmune condition in which the immune system attacks and destroys the pancreatic beta cells that produce insulin. Usually diagnosed in childhood or adolescence. Patients depend on daily insulin injections or pumps to survive. MSC therapy targets the autoimmune attack itself, aiming to calm immune dysregulation and support remaining beta cell function.

T2D

A metabolic disorder driven by insulin resistance and progressive beta cell dysfunction, often linked to chronic inflammation, obesity, and years of metabolic stress. Conventional management escalates from diet to oral medications to insulin as the pancreas wears down. MSC therapy works to improve insulin sensitivity, reduce chronic inflammation, and protect the remaining beta cells.

A complication where high blood sugar damages the retinal blood vessels over time, a leading cause of adult blindness. MSC therapy is studied for its potential to support vascular repair and reduce retinal inflammation.

DF

Ulcers and tissue damage caused by peripheral neuropathy and poor circulation in diabetic patients, often leading to amputation if untreated. MSC therapy is being investigated for wound healing support, tissue regeneration, and improvement of blood flow in affected limbs.

We use Wharton's Jelly umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, the youngest and most potent MSC source, delivered via intravenous infusion. Ethically sourced from donated umbilical cords, these cells have low immunogenicity and strong regenerative potential.
